100% - Double Distilled

This is the first Double Distilled Rum produced in Madeira.

The freshly squeezed sugarcane juice, solely from Ponta do Sol, fermented in small batches using a unique Californian Cabernet Sauvignon yeast.

The sugarcane wine was distilled for the first time in a Charentais pot still. After resting, it was redistilled in our 150 litre hybrid still to refine the pure sugarcane flavours and become this very special Agricole Rum.
